Owner's representation · Value calculator

Does an owner's rep pay for itself?

Enter your project and see what a typical owner's rep fee costs, and what it can save you in design, bidding, change orders, and schedule.

Estimates based on industry averagesThese figures come from published industry averages, not a Lammers C&D quote. Every project is different. We'd welcome the chance to discuss your project's needs and provide an actual quotation.

This calculator is an illustrative model, not a quote or a promise of results. Fees shown are industry-typical ranges (1–5% of construction cost, lower on larger projects), not Lammers C&D pricing. Savings benchmarks: value engineering typically saves 4–6% of construction value (Virginia Department of General Services VE reports); change orders typically add 3.5–10% to construction cost (Shrestha, 2018; Serag et al., 2010). The bid-process and schedule figures are planning assumptions. Savings sources are treated as additive; rework, lifecycle savings, and owner time are not counted.
